Manesar operations started in 2001 with zinc die casting and later plastic injection moulding was added in Nov. in the same year as a backward integration for the production of locks, mirrors and handles.
The plant has ZDC machines ranging from 15 tons – 125 tons and plastic injection machines ranging from 80 tons – 850 tons. The plant is also equipped with gas assist moulding facilities, in house design and manufacturing facilities for dies & moulds.

Zinc die casting facilities at Attibele was a part of the Adeep takeover with production at 12C KIADB. In April 2010 Sandhar Components moved to 7A KIADB, Attibele an independent campus.
The plant has capabilities of both zinc die casting and small sheet metal stamping. The plant has PDC machines ranging from 15 to 120 tons.
Plastic Injection Moulding capabilities have been added to this plant in April 2012.

The Aluminium die casting facility was started in Bawal in July 2011.
The plant spreads over an area of 5 acres, it produces thin wall aluminium die casting components for vehicle restraint systems and other components for the automotive and auto component industry.
The plant has PDC machines ranging from 120 to 550 tons.

Founded in 1921 in Barcelona and moved to current location 50 kms. away from the city in 1995, Tecfisa was taken over by Sandhar in 2007, a plant manufacturing highly technical aluminium pressure die cast parts of medium weight for vehicle restraint systems, windscreen wiper systems, anti-vibration systems and suspension systems.
Sandhar Barcelona has casting machines ranging from 320 tons to 840 tons and produces over 200,000 components per day. Major customers are TRW, Autoliv, Bosch, Trelleborg and Saint Gobain.
The plant has finishing centers in Poland and Romania.
